Born to love and be loved, 4-month-old Bagel is blooming in his foster home. The 22-pound puppy, so sweet and so calm, not only loves cuddling and snuggling with his fosters, he loves playing with and snuggling his doggy foster friends and engaging gently and easily with the resident children. While he's not a great fan of being picked up, Bagel is a BIG fan of going for walks, walking well on his leash, playing fetch, chasing balls, chewing bones and playing with toys of all kinds. Motivated by food, toys and love, eager to please and to learn, he presently knows "sit," "down" and "leave it," is crate trained and diligently at work on his house-training. With so much to learn about the wonders of the outside world, Bagel's ideal home is a loving one with other playful pups and patient adopters who will continue his socialization, complete his training, including his commands, and ensure that he's kept mentally stimulated and physically satisfied fur-ever.
If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.
The adoption fee for this pet is $450 (includes a $50 refundable puppy training deposit). Our adoption fee covers the following:
Spay/neuter
Microchip
DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
Adopters shall be responsible for all vaccinations after adoption.

Our adoption process is:
1. Fill out our Adoption Application online. We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet.
2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting. Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
