Bailey

Gentle, lovable Bailey is looking for a new home filled with energy, love, and play. I am a four-year old spayed female German shepherd. I absolutely love to go for walks and hikes, not to mention adventures of any kind. I am a go-getter. I want to be everybody's friend, but you will be my exclusive love. I get excited and want to monopolize all your time, but I can share. Just make sure to give me an extra pat and kiss. You can pet and kiss me forever! I may not have learned how to play fetch or tug of war, but that doesn't mean I don't play. I enjoy getting squeeks out of my squeky toys. If you them around, I am happy to play. I know I am not perfect, and I have a few things to work on. I can tug on the leash, but when reminded or redirected, I listen. I am also learning about other dogs. Since I am lacking socialization with others, I am slowly being introduced to other dogs, and I am learning to respect their boundaries. With proper and slow introductions, I am learning to be friends. However, I do love cats. I currently live with a couple of cats, but sometimes my size freaks them out when I play with them. To begin with a fenced yard would be great, but I am a shepherd and I want to stay with you. I want those couch cuddles and pets and treats and belly scratches. Well, you know. I am a dog! I am looking for a family that plays together, cuddles together, and enjoys outside time together. I am easy to get along with and want to be your best friend. Come and meet me.
