BAMBI 4 years, spayed female, 29 lbs. Corgi cross PERSONALITY TRAITS: Loving, lazy, gentle, but always up for an adventure - she has been on many longer hikes with her foster family and loves it! LIKES: Bambi likes being wherever her person is, napping, walks/hikes, bones, and toys. Bambi loves ALL people, especially her foster families' older kids. DISLIKES: Other dogs around her when there are high value resources such as food and bones. POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Fully potty trained in her foster home. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Bambi will cry for several minutes when crates and left alone but eventually settles quietly and naps in a crate when her family is gone. She also sleeps in a crate in her foster mom’s bedroom at night but LOVES to sleep in bed the most. OTHER/MISC: Bambi does get along and plays well with most dogs with time and patience but does tend to prefer females over males and so far, does not like alpha type dogs. Her resource guarding around dogs will take some training and is already improving in her foster home. She’s has been around a dog savvy cat and is calm and curious and does well with large livestock ? (she tries to herd them happily!).
