Hey y'all! My name is Baxley! I got my name after being found abandoned in a kennel in a kind strangers driveway in Baxley, GA. Thankfully, that Good Samaritan took care of me until the amazing folks at Renegade Paws Rescue could bring me to safety. Now, I'm living my best life with my foster family, who picked me up the day after Thanksgiving! Here's what my foster mom says about me so far: Quick Learner Extraordinaire I'm super smart and love learning new things! I've already mastered "sit" and am working on "come," "heel," and "shake." My secret? I'm very food motivated, which makes training a breeze! Treats are my favorite, and I'm eager to please when there's a snack involved. Breed Speculation They think I might be an Australian Cattle Dog-and even Apple AI agrees! My markings line up with the breed, though I'll need to grow a bit more hair to fully confirm it. I've got some fun traits that match, like being playful and energetic, but don't worry-I'm not one of those constant barkers or biters. Super Social I absolutely adore other animals! I'm both dog and cat friendly, and I love making new furry friends. Whether it's a play session with another pup or peacefully coexisting with a kitty, I'm happy to fit right in.
