Bear

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Bear is available. Bear is a young, intact red male and will be neutered at AGR's expense when age-appropriate (soon). He is friendly and good-natured but very enthusiastic and jumps up on everyone he meets. Bear may have a sensitive stomach. He is currently in a home without children or other pets. He previously lived with children and was good with them but could easily knock smaller children down. He once lived with an older dog for a very short time but he seemed afraid of the older dog and has not been around dogs since. Handsome Bear is a very strong, excitable boy and will need socialization, basic obedience training with a family who has the time and patience to work with him. He will require a yard along with daily exercise (walking will not be enough). Prospective adopters will need to bring any resident dogs for a meet and greet with Bear.
