Beatrice

Say hello to Beatrice! Also known as Bea or BeaBea! She is thought to be around 2 years old, a chihuahua mix and she is around 21lbs. She is not spayed yet but will be soon! Bea was found abandoned in the middle of nowhere with another dog, they slept by the road at night curled up next to each other. Thankfully one day a family was walking and found them! She is enjoying my time in her foster home! It took a couple days since she is shy at first. She warmed up quickly to her foster mom, and took some time with her foster dad. Once she has your trust she is a very happy pup! She likes other dogs, she is cat friendly, we aren't sure about small animals. But Bea does have fun watching her fosters chickens who are in a fenced in area. Since Bea can be a little shy we think that she would be best in a home with older kids. Bea enjoys cuddling, being with her humans, food and a comfy bed or couch. She also enjoys doing zoomies around the yard! There isn't much in her foster home that she dislikes. Her foster parents haven't noticed her playing with any toys or being super playful with her furry foster siblings but she is still getting use to everything. Whenever Bea is unsure, she goes to her safe space which is the area behind the couch. Bea is crate and house trained, she does excellent in a crate overnight and when her foster is gone during the day. We think Bea would thrive in a laid back home where there isn't a lot of commotion in and out during the day.
