Beaux

Welcome Beaux !! This adorable boy who we are thinking is at least a Tibetan Spaniel mix, comes to us after the death of his elderly person but his history before she had him is vague. We're told that he was seen being abandoned about a year ago and she took him in but other than scanning for a chip, she didn't take him to the vet. Beaux was already neutered when found, and his eye had been surgically removed. Someone clearly cared for him at one time before his abandonment. Perhaps that person passed away too. Since the most recent death, he's been staying with a couple with a dozen cats and several other dogs and he did well although he will chase a cat that runs. Beaux is 17 pounds and probably 4-6 years old although we'll assess further as we get to know him. He loves to go for walks but otherwise seems like a pretty mellow little companion.
