My Story

Meet Bee Bop! Bee Bop is a handsome pittie mix who was surrendered to the shelter on March 2nd. Bee Bop's owners only had him for a few days before turning him in to the shelter, so not much is known about his history, though his owners noted he has a lot of energy and walks well on his leash. Bee Bop is settling in well at the shelter, and staff have praised his calm, easygoing demeanor around both male and female handlers as well as near other dogs! Bee Bop would likely be best suited for a home with adults or teenagers only, due to his owners reporting he nipped at their child's hand when the child reached over his head to pet him. Interested in meeting this handsome hunk? Come to ACCT Philly, open daily from 10am to 6pm! Staff noted on 3/3: "Easy to remove from kennel, calm, sitting and quiet. Loose leash while walking, soliciting attention with ears back, soft eyes and low tail wagging from both male and female handlers. Unfazed by dogs walking past outside. Easy to place back in kennel."
