Rescued from an overcrowded shelter, Berny struggled with the noise and chaos of that environment, but upon arriving in his foster home, he quickly settled into comfort and peace. This big, beautiful boy loves to cuddle up next to his foster mom and enjoys taking long, relaxing afternoon naps. Berny is both crate-trained and house-trained, making him a breeze to have around. He also does well walking on a leash, taking each step at his own calm pace. Berny is wonderful with the other dogs in his foster home, though he's more of a coexistence kind of guy than one to engage in playful antics. His mellow and easygoing nature makes him the perfect companion for a quiet and loving household.
