My Story

Betts (affectionately known as Rudis) is a sweet 9 month old Australian Cattle Dog (red heeler) mix. Like most heelers/cattle dogs, he is a herder. He will most defiantly herd children, so he is not recommended for a home with children in it. We'd recommend a home with kids 15 and older at this time. He is a working breed. And that would mean ... a well exercised dog like him is a good dog. He would need a "job". That job could be hiking, working on a farm (prey drive would need to be further assessed), long walks on the trails or any active lifestyle. He is potty trained. He is simply searching for his fur-ever home that has a lifestyle that keeps him busy and stimulated both physically and mentally.
