My Story

This beautiful Lab mix is Bianca! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 1/29, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. Bianca is now keeping her paws crossed for a new, forever home where she will be loved and kept safe so that she never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Bianca as friendly and gentle. Though initially a bit shy, Bianca warms up quickly. And much of that may be due to the loud, overwhelming shelter environment. We imagine when she is adopted and feels safe in her new home that she'll really blossom. And being a Lab mix we're sure she's going to be active and playful! Please make sure you have the time, patience, and energy to commit to a young dog before adopting! Bianca is approximately 1 year old, and she weighs 42 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Bianca is waiting patiently in run 28; her ID # is 7831. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers.
