A25268 Billie is a black with white colored, approximately 1 year old, 32-pound, neutered male, Pitbull. He entered the shelter as a stray on 02-27-2025 and was altered by our medical staff. Meet Billie-A25268, a young, sweet soul with an infectious energy that fills the room. Shy at first, especially around men, warms up quickly, revealing a friendly and playful nature. During his time here he has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and given a dental by the lovely ladies on our medical team. His cuddly side is irresistible, making him the perfect companion for cozy evenings. Billie is energetic, requiring a home that can match his zest for life. His ideal family would have no children under the age of 10, as he needs a calm and understanding environment. Billie's sweetness and playfulness are truly endearing. His shy demeanor may require patience, but once he opens up, the bond formed is priceless. Adopting Billie means gaining a loyal friend and a source of endless love. He was easy to leash and pretty well behaved during our walks. We would recommend a home with older children as he is a little under weight and guards his food. He loves people and greeted most everyone we encounter with happiness. He will need some training as he does not respond to any commands. No real interest in other dogs here at the shelter. Billie will be a fun-loving family member in his new forever home.
