- Loves to play, but once he has gotten nice and worn out he just wants to snuggle and nap - Favorite nap spot is right next to the heater - Made great progress with potty training and crate-training in his foster home but is just a youngster and will still need some help from his new family to get 100% there - Did well with the younger children in his foster home but could be a bit much for them at times; will do best in a home where all family members are old enough to be OK with a puppy who is still learning his manners - Enjoyed wrestling with an older dog in his foster home All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age) The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
