For years our street team had watched and fed Blackie with the hopes of catching him. Finally, one lucky day another local shelter caught him alongside our two other residents Bahia and Pony. Thankfully, Blackie was already social and ready to meet everyone at our facility. Now, his laid back personality is very apparent. He likes to walk around outside and scope out the area a little and once satisfied he will lay down and rest. Do not be fooled though as he still likes interaction. He will gladly come over for some affection and stand by your side. He might even show you one of his tricks "sit" for a little treat. Blackie had spent many years on the streets and is now ready for his new forever home.
