A FUN, SWEET & BUSY GIRL: Approx. 3 years old / Approx. 27 lbs. Hi, my name is Blaire! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and the volunteers are taking great care of me while I wait for my new family to find me. I have a fur mark that’s a bit like a heart on my back, so you can be reminded of how much I will always love you! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I’ve met some other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and we got along fine, so if you have a dog at home already, let’s meet and see if we can be pals! / I was in a home for a week with kitty cats, but it didn’t work out, as I was too focused on them, so I shouldn’t live with cats. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers or very young kids that I may bump over or nibble on with my mouthy style of play. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a friendly, playful, active, cuddly, and silly girl with a happy attitude! I have the energy of a puppy at times, and sometimes still play using my mouth, but I am also affectionate and a seeker of attention. In the home I visited I did need to be watched as I sometimes picked up things that weren’t mine. They also said that I was a bit possessive of toys, but I have not shown that at Mostly Mutts and I was tested for it too. I can’t wait to add lots of love, fun and action to my new home! / My energy level is 5 – 7, possibly higher when playing. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I am learning lots of great doggie commands with my trainer. I’m polishing my leash manners, and I’ve already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’ and ‘come’ commands. I can’t wait to learn even more! / My crate manners have been good at Mostly Mutts. In the home I was in for a week – I barked and whined in it a bit so I wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in one. / I've been having some accidents on the shelter schedule and had a few in the home I was in too, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love to spend time playing and like sturdy toys best! I’m as affectionate as I am playful, so I am always ready to collect those belly rubs and cuddle! I’m good at fetching and would love to do that with my family. / I can’t think of any real dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I am looking for a wonderful home where I will be a cherished member of the family! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
