Hi, I'm Blue! Guess what? I would love to go home with you! I came to the SPCA because my owner could no longer care for me. I'll benefit from going on walks with my new family so I can get some good exercise and trim my waistline. As you can see, right now there's a bit more of me to love. I'm working on it, though!
