BLUEBERRY (m) BREED: Chihuahua cross AGE: 8 months WEIGHT: 11 pounds LIKES: Playtime, being around other dogs, snuggling with his humans, exploring outside, chew toys, and belly rubs. DISLIKES: Being approached too quickly by strangers, and sudden noises. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Once Blueberry is comfortable, you'll have a Velcro dog who loves to follow you everywhere. He is super sweet and loves a good snuggle. Blueberry is wonderful around other dogs and shares toys nicely. He is very quiet and rarely barks. He happily explores outside but doesn't yet realize he's safer when tethered to his human, so he will need more training on a leash. He is food motivated and very trainable once he gets past his initial nervousness. He will do well in a home with a dog sibling who could help him be more confident. POTTY TRAINING STATUS: A work in progress. Blueberry does well with frequent trips outside but is still learning to let you know when he needs out. He loves to be praised when he does the right thing! CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Blueberry tolerates the crate but doesn't go in it by choice.
