My Story
Hey there, pals! I'm Bonnie Tyler, the big-hearted, raspy-voiced canine sensation you've been waiting to meet. They say I'm named after a fabulous singer, and honestly, I'm flattered - who wouldn't want to be compared to a superstar, right?
I might be a big gal, but that just means there's more of me to love! My bark might sound a little raspy, but don't let that fool you - I've got a heart of gold. I've been through some tough times, abandoned by my previous humans, but you know what? That didn't break my spirit one bit. I trust that the right family is out there, and they'll come along soon.
I'm a bit of a dominant personality, but that doesn't mean I can't play nice with others. I get along just fine with other dogs, and I've got plenty of love to share. I'm a people person too - or should I say, a people-dog? I love being around my human friends, and I'm always up for some quality cuddle time.
Now, when it comes to energy levels, I've got it all figured out. I can be active and playful when the mood strikes, but I also know how to kick back and enjoy a lazy afternoon. It's all about balance, folks!

Meet your New Best Friend at an Adoption Event near you!

Every other Sunday we organize a Dog Adoption Event at the PetSmart in Santa Clarita (Golden Valley Rd) from 11 am - 1 pm. To see the upcoming event dates, visit: https://amazingdogs.org/adoption-events/. Walk-ins are welcome!
If you would like to reserve this doggie and have us bring them to the event of your choice for you to meet first, you can do so by paying a non-refundable deposit of $50 to our Venmo or Zelle account (619-918 2142 in the name of Amazing Dogs; pls indicate your telephone number). This deposit will go towards the adoption fee. After receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation and list the doggie on our website as ‘Pending Adoption’. If you decide not to adopt one of our Amazing Dogs, the $50 is considered a compensation for the transportation costs.
All our doggies come with their health record and have received all necessary medical care, which includes (but is not limited to) all vaccines, de-wormer, anti-flea/tick medication, microchip and of course spay/neuter surgery.
Our adoption fee is $500. Only in California, the fee for babies under a year old is $600. Please consider this not as a price you pay for the doggie, but as a (tax-deductible) donation to our charity, so we can continue our work and take care of the 250+ dogs in our shelter.
