Booper

Booper is an 10 year old Cocker Spaniel. Surrendered due to her owner’s irreversible health issues. She was greatly loved in her previous home and it shows! She loves to be loved up on and enjoys being with people. She will be an instant amazing companion for the right home. She is free roaming in her foster home, sleeps all night, is potty trained, likes short walks for now but can slowly lengthen with body condition. She is good with children and other dogs but would prefer a quiet and calmer home where she can get lots of human attention and snuggles. Booper is currently getting treated for a yeast infection in her ears. Her previous vetting showed this to be an issue, so her new home must do regular ear care to prevent future flare ups. She’s clearly overweight! Has lost 1.1 lbs so far in foster care, and this weight loss journey needs to be a commitment that will continue for her overall health. She is currently 34 lbs and could lose another 10 with a strict diet. She does have some Sebaceous cysts that have been vet checked. Quite common in older dogs and this breed.
