Bowser is a 2 and a half year old, 48 pound Australian Cattle Dog and Bulldog mix. His face is cute as a button! Bowser came into the shelter as a stray with his sister, Piper, who has an adoption commitment. Bowser loves pets and hugs once he knows you're his friend.
Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
The dog/cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter, MICROCHIP, age-appropriate shots and health check. Use pet's ID # when inquiring.
