Are you looking for a great companion with a heart of gold. Boyd might be the right boy for you! Boyd is sweet as pie and filled with gratitude. Boyd's dream person would be someone who he can snuggle on the couch with and accompany on outings. This 1 yr 9-month-old wiggly ball of happiness is low to moderate energy and loves all people and children. He has accompanied his foster parents to the office for a day of work and to visit local pet friendly stores with no issues and while he is still new to the leash he does very well. Boyd would be great as either an only pet or as a companion to another dog. In Boyd's previous life he didn't get a ton of attention, so he loves being showered with all the love and affection you could give. Boyd does great with cats that are used to being around dogs; he likes when they rub and kiss on him. Boyd does have some FOMO and doesn't want to miss a thing. He will get attached to his people very quickly. So, while Boyd is crate trained, he does best when his crate is in the same room as his people and has been known to throw little fits when left crated alone in a separate room. Boyd wants nothing more than to know you will be there to take care of him. Someone who is home most of the day or someone that works from home or is retired would make Boyd the happiest.
