Charisma, warmth and resilience are just a few of my assets! I'm Boz, 6 month old Black Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull mix with a big heart and a ton of energy packed into my 32-pound frame. I’m still learning the ropes of family life since I didn’t get the best start—I was found abandoned in a crate by a stop sign. But thanks to the loving people around me, I’m starting to learn what it means to be truly cared for. They’re teaching me all about love, and let me tell you, I’m totally here for it! I’m working hard on my housebreaking and leash training, and I’m getting better every day. I already know how to “sit” and I also do really well in my crate and don’t mind hanging out there when I need to. I love playing with big dogs, and I’m great with older kids too, though I might be a bit too bouncy for the little ones (I’m still getting used to how big I am!). Since I’ve got lots of energy and a big love for adventure, I’d be happiest with a family that’s active and ready to take me along on all kinds of outings. I’m ready to be your workout buddy, your hiking partner, or even just your playful pal at the dog park! I’m not a big fan of cats, but I do love being around people and dogs who can keep up with my playful side. I’ve had a rough start, but I’m more than ready for my forever home. With a family who can keep up with my active lifestyle and give me the love and structure I need, I know I’ll grow up to be an amazing companion. Let’s make some new memories together!
