My Story

Hi, I’m Brangus! Who loves the seniors?!? I’m a 10-year-old Basset Hound/Lab mix with the cutest short legs, a long body, and a heart full of love. I weigh about 35-40 pounds, which is just the right size for cuddling, don’t you think? My life hasn’t always been easy. I lost my previous owner when they went into hospice, and I ended up in a tough spot at a shelter down south. I came in covered in flea bites and scars, but thankfully, some wonderful people took me in, got me all cleaned up, and made sure I’m healthy and happy. Despite my past, I’m still all smiles! People say I have the funniest, cutest smile, and I love showing it off. I adore everyone I meet, whether they’re humans, dogs, cats, or kids. When I’m not busy playing (yes, I still have plenty of energy and love a good game of chase in the yard), you can find me snuggling up on the couch or in bed. I’m the perfect mix of playful and cuddly, a true companion in every way. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and pretty darn smart if I do say so myself. I’m loyal, eager to please, and ready to be your best friend. I’ve been spayed, I’m up to date on all my vaccines, and I even have my health certificate ready to go. Best of all, I’m here in New Hampshire, waiting to find my forever home. If you’re looking for a sweet, spirited, and well-rounded gal to brighten your days, I’m your girl. Let’s meet, I can’t wait to make you smile too! https://www.livefreerescue.com/adoption-application
