AVAILABLE 12.26!!! Meet Brillo! This scruffy lil' terrier is about a year old and looking for a quiet forever home to love and care for him! Brillo came from a difficult past, and wasn't shown love by his human. This has caused him hesitation around humans and he can be nervous when he first meets you. He has been in a loving FOTAS foster home, where he has been given the space to go at his own pace. He has become wiggly, playful, and snuggly! He happily greets his foster when she is home from work, and he loves cuddling up at the end of the day! He has been learning how to play with toys, walk on leash, and accept human affection! Brillo needs a calm home where he can continue to go at his speed. He wants a home that won't push him too quickly, and can continue his basic training.
