Buckeye

Buckeye: Male, 9 months, Hound mix, 47 lbs. Buckeye was surrendered with his siblings in September. He is the last of his littermates waiting for a forever home, so he entered foster care to start working on some of his basic obedience. Turns out, he's a rockstar! Here's what Buckeye's foster family had to say: "If you're looking for an energetic, goofy, and lovable dog, Buckeye is the dog for you. Buckeye is an amazing dog and he learns pretty quickly. He would thrive in the company of other dogs. He's potty trained but he may have a little trouble with being crated if alone. He's doing better now. Buckeye has a lot of energy, considering he's still a puppy. He loves being in nature and enjoys long walks, exploring parks, and soaking up the sunshine. He knows to sit, lay, high-five, shake, heel, break, up, and off. He loves being by his humans. He is crated when we leave the house and at night. He is doing better now that he has another dog with him. He is housebroken and will pace back and forth if he has to use the bathroom. He is amazing for car rides! Buckeye is still jumpy with our younger kids but nothing too serious."
