Buddy

Is it Buddy the Elf? Nope it’s Buddy the yellow lab with short legs! Buddy was surrendered to his local shelter after his owner left him with family and never came back for him. He’s 10 years old and ready to find a retirement home! He is as sweet as can be! He loves people and would love to find a home where he can be someone’s shadow (he does have some minor separation anxiety). He’s potty trained but will occasionally lift his leg inside the house to mark. Happy to send him home with a bellyband! He’s very polite. Buddy is good with kids (used to live with smaller children), good with cats, and good with dogs! He’s the whole package. He’s a little on the heavier side and could lose a couple lbs. He also has some arthritis in his back legs. We’ve started him on monthly librella shots (to help with arthritis) and occasional pain meds for whenever it is needed. But other than that, he’s in fairly good health. He recently got a dental cleaning and didn’t lose any teeth. He’s up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
