No out of State •Name: Buddy •Age: DOB: 03/20/2024 •Sex: Male, neutered •Breed: French Bulldog •Weight: 20 lbs •Housebroken: yes, with access to a backyard •Kids: 8 and older •Other dogs: friendly with all dogs. He would love a young play buddy. He will also be fine as an only dog as long as his person has lots of time to spend with him. Buddy is very active & priority given to people with another younger dog for him to play with. He has good play manners. He plays with the other 1 yr old Frenchie in his foster home and the Great Dane. •Cats: no cats •Housing: he needs a homeowner with a house that has backyard space. No apt/Condo living for Buddy. •Personality: he is a darling dog. He is very sweet, loving & smart. He'sa quick learner. Very treat motivated. A comical little clown. He loves his person & is very lovable and snuggly especially when he is tired. He is very playful with toys. Has a happy-go-lucky personality. Seems to be well bred, has no health issues. •The Breed: We highlight breed information here. Please familiarize yourself with the French Bulldog. They can be expensive to own and are a brachycephalic breed. They are lap dogs who are heat intolerant and can have breathing issues if you over exercise them. Prone to allergies and ear infections. •What we know: prior owner bought him from a breeder. Then they did not have enough time to raise a puppy properly. He is currently in foster care, his foster mom is at home with him. He is on a great schedule. Buddy sleeps in a crate at night. He knows how to sit, shake and lay down. We are working on stay.
