My Story
Burt's Bee! A TRUE love-bug kind of man! Content to do just about anything, especially cuddles! But also just as content to do nothing, and rest at your feet, like a good little boy! At about 3 months old, he has amazing manners, as surprising as it is! Burt's Bee weighs in around 10 pounds, and is a chunky boy! His favorite thing to do is cuddle in laps, giving all the kisses, and receiving all the belly-rubs. If you asked him, his second favorite thing of all time would be playing some tug, or fetch! While he hasn't quite gotten down the whole retrieve part, he sure does love chasing down the ball, picking it up, getting close to you - just out of reach, and dashing off! He loves a good chase, but always comes to you as soon as you crouch down and give him kissy sounds. Such a chump, this boy! We know this gentle-hearted, lover boy will do amazing in just about any home, as he's such a smart, and playful pup, yet also pretty relaxed!
I can be adopted with a spay/neuter agreement! The refundable deposit of $100 is INCLUDED in my $410 adoption fee! This fee covers my spay/neuter surgery (at the Monticello Vet Clinic, not covered elsewhere), my vaccines: Bordetella, DA2PP, Rabies! & my heartworm test + preventatives! The $100 deposit is returned once proof of my sterilization is sent to AWF!

Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply. The animal's welfare is our first and only priority, in doing so, they are moved from the shelter into their respective homes as quickly, & humanely as possible to remove the risk of undergoing extreme stress, immune system compromission, & behavioral concerns.
