Buster

Buster! Available for Adoption. Buster is a handsome, fun-loving Shepherd mix who loves to be around other dogs.  He is about year old and weighs in around 50 pounds but should get a bit bigger once he fills out a bit. Buster is a very active boy and would do best in a home with a nice-sized yard. He does need to get his energy out during the day with either active parents or a new fur sibling.  An ideal playmate for Buster would be a larger dog that can match his size and energy level as he can play rough. (Unknown with cats) He can be jumpy so we recommend older kids that can tolerate this behavior until he gets settled and trained in their home.   Buster did not get any guidance before, so we are working on basic commands. He is very food and treat motivated, which helps to keep his focus. He is house broken and crate trained as well. Buster does walk well on a leash for an active owner who likes to go on walks or runs with their dog.   Please consider giving Buster a chance. He’s ready to bring his joy and happiness to your home.
