Butch

Hi, my name is Butch, but it really should be Cuddle Bug. Two things I love to do: 1) put my head in your lap, and 2) get my ears rubbed. I am a senior boy who weighs 64lbs and am 11-12 years old. I just had bloodwork done and the doc says things look pretty good for my age! I am no feeble old fella - I love to play fetch and can do it for hours. I'm house trained and will go to the door when I need to go out. I'm friendly to everyone I meet and am easygoing in new situations. I also get along with other dogs, and am currently doing well in a foster home with another pooch. Did I mention that I also love a treat sometimes? My friends at the shelter are learning which commands I know, and I'm learning along the way. I may be higher in my years than some of my puppy shelter pals, but I am just as deserving of a second chance. I'm fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives.
