Cajun. Sometimes it's hard for us to get to know the new dogs in our care--not because they're shy or standoffish but in some cases, they just don't feel well. This was the case for Cajun who, for the first few weeks of being with us was sick as a (pun intended): DOG. So we couldn't tell how playful he is, or how much this sweet boy loves FETCH. Trust us, he makes Fetch happen. We knew he had the PPDE: "professional puppy dog eyes" but we didn't know what a happy boy he could be. Now that he's feeling all better, his playful and affectionate side has come out and we're happy to report, he's just a happy lil dude, particularly if you'll throw that ball. Cajun is 3 years old.
