Hi, my name is Calliope. I am from Minnesota. From her foster: Calliope has puppy energy- squirmy, mouthy, high energy, sweet, goofy. She is learning to walk on a leash, looks forward to outside time, and needs regular exercise. She goes potty outside, but also has accidents in her crate and needs continued training. She is very small (5lbs!) and due to that (and her mouthy nature) would do best in a house without children. She would probably like another small, playful dog to be friends with. Unknown relationship to cats. She does vocalize when put in her crate, however she is not very loud and does settle eventually. She is good in the car and has a friendly reaction to new people. Likes: bounding in leaves, eating leaves, checking to see if things are food (they are not), rolling in the grass, making gremlin noises, belly rubs, knocking over her water bowl Dislikes: putting her harness on, being in a crate, slight breezes From the Vet: Hi! I'm Calliope and I was evaluated by a trused TBB vet partner. They noted that I have some tartar present on my teeth, however I don't have any fractured teeth or immediate extractions needed. TBB will not cover any dental procedure for me, but my future adopters should pursue recommendations for at home dental cleaning (ie. brushing, water additives, dental chews etc.) or future dental surgery from my new primary care veterinarian.
