MEET CAPONE AT OUR INTERBAY PETCO ADOPTION EVENT ON MARCH 1, 2025 FROM 11-2 PM
This adorable little squishmallow has been thriving in foster care, recovering from severe neglect and blossoming into a happy, confident pup. With lots of love (and plenty of good food!), Capone has gained weight, rediscovered his playful spirit, and is now ready to find his forever home!
Capone is a social butterfly who adores people and gets along well with dogs of all sizes. He's an energetic player, so he'd love a canine companion who matches his enthusiasm for zoomies and playtime.
?? House-trained & crate-trained: Capone does wonderfully in his crate at night and when left alone.
?? Leash manners: He walks nicely on a leash.
?? Food-motivated & eager to learn: Training with treats? Yes, please!
Currently weighing around 45 pounds, Capone is steadily putting on weight and is expected to reach up to 50 pounds in the coming months. His adopter should plan for monthly bloodwork at the vet for the next 3-6 months to monitor his progress, but with his cheerful demeanor and hearty appetite, he's on the right track!
Capone's favorite things? Soft cuddles, rubber chew toys, yard zoomies with his foster siblings, and having a human home at least part of the time to keep him company. He's looking for an adopter who will continue his journey to a full recovery while showering him with love. Could that be you?
If you're ready to meet this lovable pup and give him the life he deserves, fill out an application today!
