**WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF FOSTER HOMES** Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is an all volunteer rescue organization and all our dogs and puppies are in foster homes - we are not a shelter and do NOT have a facility where we house our dogs. She is a chihuahua mix around 10 yrs. old. She is great with people, dogs and cats. She was dropped off at the shelter because the owner didn't want her anymore. Carly has a congenital defect that presents with a wonky leg, but don't let a little arthritis fool you! She is very mobile and can jump up on the couch to come get some love! She also has a slightly bulging disc that presses a nerve so she doesn't get the message that she has to go poo. BUT she does go outside as long as you try to get her go outside at the same time. She may have some poo accidents, but that should be limited if she is on a schedule. Do you have room in your heart and your home for this special pair? We are operating on a limited basis until further notice, but we are still adopting dogs out. We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Different dogs and puppies go up for adoption EVERY WEEK so please feel free to visit the site and click on the Petfinder link for updates. Puppies and dogs up to 2 years old are $395. Dogs over 2 years old are $295. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
