Hi, I’m Carrie! I am a cute, cuddly puppy who is deaf and will need a home that will be patient and will help guide me to be the best dog I can be. My ideal home would be someone who has another confident dog that will help show me the ropes and someone who may have experience with deaf dogs. I was born into a loving and caring foster home in Pittsburgh where I remain with my mom. I am being raised with proper puppy protocol and enrichment. I will be old enough to go him January 9 and can be transported to my perfect family by amazing volunteers! I will have all age appropriate vaccines and I will be microchipped. I will be spayed by the rescue at an approved vet clinic once I am old enough. I hope to meet you soon!
