My Story

This beauty is Cass! She arrived at the shelter with her bestie/sister, Benzie, on 12/15, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim them. These girls are now hoping for a new, loving forever home for the howlidays! Both ladies are super sweet and friendly. They're everything young dogs should be: playful, curious, and fun-loving. The volunteers describe them as eager to please and attentive to the people around them. While they can be adopted separately, they seem to really enjoy each other's company. If you have room in your heart and homes for these girls, please come meet them today. Cass is approximately 1.5 years old, and she weighs 50 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and will be spayed, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Cass is waiting patiently in run 52; her ID # is 6992. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
