Champ

Champ has been in our care for over 100 days and is still waiting to find his forever family! This handsome fella is a 7-year-old mixed breed who is 75 lbs of pure love. Champ is a gentle giant with a laid-back demeanor. He’s such a sweet boy who makes friends with every person he meets. He loves playing with his foster sibling and snuggling on the couch for a good nap. Champ is extremely affectionate and will instantly feel at home with some belly rubs and head scratches. His foster refers to him as a snuggly couch potato and says he’s a great, low-maintenance dog! Champ is very smart and making great progress on leash training. He is potty trained, knows all sorts of commands, and settles well in his crate. He’s also such a polite and gentle boy when taking treats! We think he will do well in a variety of homes, but since he’s a big guy, we think he will do best in a home without small dogs.
