Champ, sweet and mellow!

Hi. My name is Champ. I am a 1 year old 38 lbs sweet and mellow boy. I am very sweet and human oriented but a bit on the introverted side. But the great part of being introverted is I am not a hyper dog and Im perfectly happy just hanging out with my human at home and with just a walk around the neighborhood to meet new friends. I can also be ok as an only dog or be a sidekick to another dog as Im by no means an alpha. I am crate trained and house trained too! I was rescued in Texas and Im looking for a foster to adopt in the northern states. What that means is that the lucky family that wants to add me to their family has 2-3 weeks to get to know me before deciding if I am the right fit for their home. If I am not, my rescue will find me another foster to adopt up north asap. My rescue thinks is best for my humans not to feel pressured to take a decision and need time to get to know me, and need time to add me to their routine to see if we are a match before making the life decision to adopt me. I have my luggage ready to board transport and leave Texas behind! My friends and I get to be transported to East Hartford CT where our lucky new families get to pick us up to start a foster to adopt!
