Chance

Chance is a beautiful, sweet, older dog who came into rescue when his owner dumped him and his sister at the Fort Worth shelter. At six years old, he didn't know what to do with himself- the shelter was a very scary place after living in a home for so many years. He cowered at the back of his kennel but thumped his tail as volunteers walked by. We knew we had to save him and are so happy to welcome him to Maine this month! This sweet and gentle guy weighs about 65 lbs but could stand to lose some weight. He is currently in foster in Texas and we are still awaiting updates from his foster family but we do know that he likes to play fetch and is very much a gentleman.
