It seems he didn't get much attention before arriving at the shelter, so we're making sure he has all the positive experiences he deserves with both dogs and people. Charles recently started to reveal his playful side with other dogs and is approaching us more wanting to connect. He is a volunteer favorite! He is so full of love, affection, and cuddles!
