My Story

Charlie is one of two dogs that were abandoned in a taxi cab and then dropped off at Jelly's Place. Charlie is a happy-go-lucky boy who loves going on walks, cuddles, and most of all, belly rubs! He has good recall and knows a few tricks. He gets along great with other small dogs. Charlie is working on his house training.
