Charmaine

Introducing Charmaine, a beautiful Beagle/Hound mix who isnt quite sure why shes found herself at the shelter. Charmaine had a home but was surrendered by her owner. She is still figuring out why she was abandoned, but weve promised her we will search tirelessly for her new forever home. Charmaine is 1.5 years old and weighs 23 pounds, the perfect small girl for cuddling. She is a little shy at first but when she warms up, goodness is she a sweetheart. She adores other dogs and is very playful. Her precious puppy side comes out when she is surrounded by her pals. She loves toys and is very gentle during playtime. She is also quite silly and will showcase her goofy side when playing. Its a bit of magic watching a shy dog in uncertain new circumstances become playful again and find joy. Thats what Charmaine hopes for most of alljoy and a happy life with humans who will always love her by her side. Charmaine would be so happy in any home, especially with other dogs, cats, and kids. She craves companionship and gives her love so purely. She is so hopeful for a family to love and a second chance at forever with them.
