Cheri has waited a while. She is a Southern gal -- came all the way from Florida where she has been overlooked and waiting in an overcrowded shelter since last summer. Cheri is a lovable, friendly gal. She is extremely smart but also gentle and kind. She would make a great addition to any family.
Cheri never met a stranger and loves to be petted. Her energy level is low-medium; she loves to have a job or something to do. Her primary motivator is food. Her play style is Dainty. She has been in playgroups in the past and would be ok going to a dog park. She walks on a loose leash. She has become dog-selective - mostly doesn't do well with other female dogs since being in the shelter environment, which is very loud and stressful.
