Cider

Cider is a lovely 25lb 3.5 year old poodle mix who would be perfect for a family. Her foster says: "Cider is the dog your family has been waiting for! She is the dog we needed to bring joy to us even for a small amount of time. She is kind, calm, playful, sweet and loving, reserved but not skittish. She is just unbelievably sweet. I can’t imagine how anyone could ever leave her behind. She is great with kids and dogs alike, friendly and eager to give kisses and be close to you. She has spent time with every age of child so far in my care (8 months to 13 years old) and has maintained such a beautiful demeanor. She’s been around very loud energetic kids and hasn’t displayed any anxiety. She’s has been left home and been a perfect angel. She met so many dogs from tiny to huge and she was just ready to dole out love! She is just ready to be loved on. Cider is comfortable with city life, unfazed by ambulances and loud music. She seems new to leash walking but is learning quickly. She clearly has been a home dog before because he hasn’t had an accident in our house and has gone outside easily and enthusiastically. She is also a really healthy size and is a great eater. She took a bath with no problems at all (even let us scrub her paws). She has slept through the night in a small donut bed and is crate trained. I love cider, so does our family. Cider deserves a family, she loves kids and dogs and I think she would be best in a place ready for cuddles. She would do great in an apartment or house.
