Rescue from TX - Cindy Lou was adopted 2,5 yo by adopters who had raised their own children and wanted a small dog to love and care for. Unfortunately, she had to return yesterday as her adopters bought a condo that doesn't allow dogs. they couldn't find a place in their new life for Cindy ? Cindy Lou 5 yo. 15 lb. Chihuahua mix.
