My Story

The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more. Cinnamon is a lively, lovable pup who's always ready for an adventure! With her boundless energy and curiosity, she loves roaming around the house, keeping tabs on everyone, and making sure she's part of all the action. But when it's time to relax, this sweet girl becomes a snuggle bug, curling up beside you for a late-night movie or nestling between her favorite humans for some quiet time. On walks, Cinnamon starts out excited, pulling slightly on the leash, but quickly settles into a steady rhythm. And if you're a runner, she might just be your perfect partner! This girl loves to stretch her legs on a jog and keeps pace beautifully, sticking right by your side over miles. When she's not running, Cinnamon's happiest moments are spent chasing tennis balls, carrying her favorite stuffed animals, or hanging with her favorite people. Cinnamon already knows commands like "sit," "down," and "stay," and her eagerness to learn makes her a highly trainable companion. She's searching for a loving home where she can channel her energy, keep learning, and share her sweetness and warmth - just like her name suggests. She's a volunteer favorite and she deserves all the best! If you're looking for a sweet, fun-loving companion, young Cinnamon is ready to spice up your life! Check out a cute video of her playing here - https://youtube.com/shorts/A1vXQFT_3iM?feature=share Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information. ** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate your understanding and patience. ** HOW TO ADOPT: Check the animal's location.
