He walks like a gentleman on a leash, loves playing in the yard, and is the perfect snuggle buddy at the end of the day, curling up at the foot of the bed. Clifford enjoys the company of a canine friend, and he’s happiest playing fetch with his beloved tennis ball. With professional training, Clifford knows commands like sit, heel, down, and stay, but he thrives with continued practice. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and eager to please. While he needs slow introductions to new people, once he trusts you, his love is unwavering. After over a year in boarding/foster care, Clifford is ready to find a patient, understanding family to call his own. Our rescues are merging, and we are in the process of updating all forms and communications. Thank you for your patience as we transition into one unified rescue to better serve the community. As an adoption fee-based rescue, we do not operate on monthly support. Our adoption fee of $350 covers transport, which is arranged post-adoption, and is tax-deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Should you wish to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee remains the same. We gratefully welcome any additional contributions, such as a gas donation or assistance with transport costs, which make a meaningful impact on our rescue efforts.
