Foster to adopt family must live within 1 hour of Delaware to ensure he can be brought back for his appointment. In true rescue fashion, a village helped to get him back on his paws, and now you'd never know he was ever anything but a happy, snuggly little guy. His favorite place to be is on his foster dad's shoulder, snuggled up against his neck. It works out well, because while he's not nearly as rambunctious as his rowdy sister, he's just as sweet and cuddly - if not sweeter.
