My Story

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/gener. You can learn about the adoption process by visiting: http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/. Dog's Name: Cricket (CRI1224JNSFD) Estimated Breed: Hound MIX Approximate Age: 10 months Approximate Weight: 55 lbs Currently Living at: Boarding Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Cricket, a young and vibrant soul. Her personality is as lively as her name suggests. She's a sweet and friendly girl, always ready to give and receive love. Her affectionate nature is boundless, making everyone around her feel cherished. Cricket is also great with other dogs. In fact, she arrived with her brother, Jed, and they are happy to be on their way to better days. This darling girl is looking for a family that will love her as much as she will love them. Adopt Cricket and let her bring joy and warmth into your home. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet. Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
