Meet Cricket, a 1 year old mixed breed, approximately weighing 41 pounds. Cricket, a young and sweet canine resident of our shelter. He's a bit on the shy side, but don't let that deter you. Cricket is like a tender melody that takes its time to unfold. Approach him with gentle patience, and you'll soon find a loyal companion in him. He may be shy at first, but once he warms up to you, his love is as vast and boundless as a sunny meadow. He's a living testament that the best things in life are worth waiting for. Cricket's dream is to find a forever home where he can share his boundless love. Adopt Cricket and let his sweet song fill your life with joy and companionship. Cricket does much better when he has another dog to show him the ropes so we do require that potential adopters have another dog in the home. Cricket will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. If you have other dogs in your home, we would be happy to arrange a meet and greet with your dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along. We don't know how he will do with cats. Cricket is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and ready to go home today!
